International Cooperation
The jurisdiction has two legislative instruments for the execution of letters of request for legal evidence received in Anguilla and disseminated in relation to money laundering and financing of terrorism and proliferation matters. These can be found in the following legislations:
Mutual Legal Assistance (United States of America) Act, Revised Statues of Anguilla, Chapter M110 – this Act relates specifically to the United States of America and all request for assistance must be sent to the Attorney General of Anguilla.
